About The Event
A.A.'s Mrs. Marty Mann, sponsored by Bill W., nearly died from alcoholism, despite great opportunity in her life. Once sober in 1940, she spread the word among early A.A. members. Her story, Women Suffer Too, is in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th editions of The Big Book.
Presenter Mily T. is currently on her national tour raising awareness of Mrs. Marty Mann's legacy, and will weave Calvary Church's unique history and integral role in the founding of A.A. into her talk.
