Candlelight: A Service of Lessons and Carols for Christmas

Get into the holiday spirit in the candlelit sanctuary of historic St. George’s Church on Stuyvesant Square (7 Rutherford Pl., New York, NY 10003).

Join in singing your favorite carols, hear powerful readings that reveal the true meaning of Christmas, and listen to glorious music led by our choir and orchestra, under the direction of Kamel Boutros, music director of Calvary-St. George’s.

Covid-19 Requirements
This service draws hundreds of people from all over New York and beyond to St. George's Church. In accordance with New York State guidelines, proof of vaccination will be required. If you are unable to attend in person, the entire service will be livestreamed to our website.
