The fall session of TableTalk (Alpha + Beta) is starting on Thursday, September 18 at 6PM!

Throughout the year, the Rev. Jacob Smith offers 6-week online sessions on a different book of the Bible. The next series will start on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 7:30pm and will be on First Corinthians.

Marking its 90th anniversary, Awake and Sing! by Clifford Odets—set in the Bronx during the Great Depression—comes alive through its ensemble of voices, each carrying the weight of economic hardship, longing, and hope.

At this retreat, we’ll remember the gift of living water and explore what it means to belong to Jesus, whether you were baptized years ago or are just beginning to wonder about faith—just as thousands were welcomed in a single day at the birth of the Church.

Life & Death in New York City is a one-day summit organized by Goldenwood Institute that brings this conversation into the open, exploring mortality and meaning as a path toward living more fully. Together at the historic Parish of Calvary-St. George’s in Gramercy, we’ll gather for presentations, communal conversations, immersive experiences, and a shared meal—all designed to illuminate how we may prepare for death in ways that are beautifully hospitable, deeply human, and grounded in hope. 

On Sunday, November 16 following the 11AM service, the Parish of Calvary-St. George’s is thrilled to present its first edition of Rector’s Forum in the Fall 2025 season with special guest, Donn Mitchell, presenting his new book Eleanor Roosevelt’s Nightly Prayer: The Religious Life of the First Lady of the World.

In June 2026, the Parish of Calvary-St. George’s will resume its annual international retreats with a very special trip through Turkey and Greece inspired by the stories of St. Paul and St. John,
