The Calvary St. George’s Creative Arts Camp will be happening the week of June 25th to 29th from 4-6 pm.  This weeklong program is geared towards children aged 5 to 13 and will feature storytelling, games, music, arts and crafts and snacks all underscoring the concept that God is seeking us.  This year we’ll journey with children to C.S. Lewis’s land of Narnia to meet and explore its characters, and discover what they have to teach us about God’s albsolute love and dedication to us, His children.  The week it aptly titled “Aslan Is On The Move,” Aslan being the lion character from the Narnia series, who represents the person of Jesus in C.S. Lewis’ magical world.  The week will culminate in a family party on June 25th, where the children will sing for their friends and family, and we’ll all watch “The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe” together.  This week of fun and teaching is presented by the parish free of charge.

To register, simply fill out the form below. We’re looking forward to seeing you on the 25th.

Other ways to help:

Flyers: Even if you don’t have children of your own, you probably know someone who does.  Grab a few flyers from the rear of the church after one of our services and hang them up in your building or school.  The program is geared to be disarming and welcoming to new families.

Volunteers: We’re also seeking volunteers to build sets beforehand or teach and chaperone children the week of the event. If you’re interested, please contact Melina Smith.
